In the book 1 John Chapter 1 at first glance it seems :
So that we can know the Fathers Heart?
It seems that the Lord shares with John and his household :
To be encouraged
To be strengthened
To be aware of what the enemy is up to To be aware of the things that can trip up a believer
To know how to come to God and be forgiven anytime so not to be living in sin.. but to live as God intended and deal with things as God gives us encouragement on how to Stay In fellowship with God Father and Son.
1. Fellowship with us and our fellowship is with the Father and His Son.
2. We want to proclaim what we have heard from Jesus and can also testify its truth from the Risen Lord.
3. So that you can share with us, " in our joy" of this " message we received" .
4. We fellowship with the Father and the Son is the key to ownership of fellowship.
"We proclaim to you what we ourselves have actually seen and heard so that you may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. Then John declares, actually says,
" this is the message we heard from Jesus and now declare to you. "
John shares his words from the Lord... Message it seems is:
1 John chapter 2.
1. Fellowship with God , not the World.
2. Knowing the Fathers Heart .
3. "And in this fellowship we enjoy the eternal life he promised us."
"But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ." 1 John 2:27 NLT https://bible.com/bible/116/1jn.2.27.NLT
4. Exhortation to stay united and not turn away from Jesus. Confirming the Holy Spirit lives in the person and is not seperate from the person. So there is no reason to pretend Jesus is not there. He is there and His Spirit testifies so and is there to teach you and to guide you into the truth. Stay in fellowship with Him , so you don't look some where else for this and be lead astray. Because the Holy Spirit is responsible for teaching and guiding into all truth, no one else should have this authority in the person or with the person or in the fellowship of the people.
5. "And now, dear children, remain in fellowship with Christ so that when he returns, you will be full of courage and not shrink back from him in shame. Since we know that Christ is righteous, we also know that all who do what is right are God’s children". 1 john 2. -28-29 ish.
This active fellowship now is to help us be excited and anticipate the coming glory of the Lord because we stay in fellowship with him now, we won't be afraid of him in his full return. We will be his bride next to him in his chariots of fire. We are to be eager for the fullness of receiving our inheritance and our joy to be complete with his full salvation. And we are with hope not fear. We are with joy and excitement for the next season of life.
6. Children of God : representative of knowing who Jesus is as righteous. And because of this, all who do what is right, are God's children.
What is it to us that helps us know Jesus as righteous.
What does this mean so that we know how to do what is right ?
His righteousness?
What is right to Me - Jesus Christ.
Matt. 6 : 33.
" So I am writing to you not because you don’t know the truth but because you know the difference between truth and lies. And who is a liar? Anyone who says that Jesus is not the Christ. Anyone who denies the Father and the Son is an antichrist. Anyone who denies the Son doesn’t have the Father, either. The Holy Spirit shared,
Start with the Father and Son
2. Then, those who love the Father and the Son, Obey Him, and listen to Him.
3. They have His Holy Spirit living in them to help them, and be lead.
4. They are together, the child , the Spirit of God which is in fellowship with the Father, and the Son. And in this the Holy Spirit is Jesus Ambassador and Witness to know what Jesus is saying. And will tell the child so that the child will be able to obey Jesus. The Holy Spirit will help the child know what is pleasing to Jesus and will assist the child in helping them to be in fellowship with each other so to reflect the actions and activity of a child of God, one who is in fellowship with God in Christ. These verses help explain the Love of God verses what God is not loving or wants us to love or uphold or put as more important than what He asks to us. His alignment of Himself in Us changes us to seek His Kingdom and his Righteousness, not the world's kingdom or its righteousness.
The Kingdom of Jesus, the Beloved Son, is where we live and should look to serve and to be able to help encourage others of their citizenship as well.
We are not citizens of this world, we are born in this world, but our true citizenship is now Jesus ' s Kingdom. So we would be seeking to grow in this knowledge not the things of this world kingdom. As it is not our permanent home. But our temporary place. However, while here we can and are be and live as citizens of Heaven. Because: ..
What does it mean to live as citizens of Heaven and as people who belong to the Kingdom of the Beloved Son ?
1john 2 "15-17
Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever. "
Verse 20 . But you are not like that, for the Holy One has given you his Spirit, and all of you know the truth.
Verse 24. So you must remain faithful to what you have been taught from the beginning. If you do, you will remain in fellowship with the Son and with the Father. A head + body
Jesus Plus His Bride
We were given a picture from the Lord that Jesus and his bride are in Union and in perfect union
The picture then showed the enemy trying to separate the head from the body
The marriage was Secure and is secure
The team Jesus and his bride together see the enemies attack of trying to separate them
How is this being done by the enemy?
In the picture the enemy disguised as a person
The enemy Speaks to Jesus and the Bride
And then tries to bully the bride to speak to the Enemy as though Jesus is not next to her.
The Bride turns to her Husband and Jesus speaks to the enemy, and the enemy ignores his Words.
The enemy pursues to try to make the bride feel bad and guilty and the bride just keeps turning to Jesus and Jesus keeps speaking but the enemy keeps pretending he can't hear anything that Jesus says.
The old Adam and eve moment.
Eve and Adam were together and did not turn to the Lord, or discuss it together before following satan.
In this new picture Adam is not there.
It is the new Creation ,
the New Husband and Bride-
Jesus and His Church.
They will not be guilted to obey satan , as Jesus is standing there and helping the Bride to not be fooled or trapped again.
Jesus is the one speaking now to Satan . And he has no power over Jesus or the bride.
The picture of the enemy's attempts Jesus shared is a concern for him.
He has shared that he wants to encourage the Bride. The Bride is faithful and loyal to her husband, and He, Jesus, is not blind to Satan or his attempts to silence Jesus voice or words.
Jesus is the one the enemy is ignoring, not the bride.
The bride is clinging to him and He is clinging to her.
So Jesus now what happens?
This is the first problem , Jesus shares,
What is the next problem?
The next scene:
The Bride speaks to satan and says what Jesus has said, and repeats Jesus words.
And Satan tries to attack her for it and guilt her. But Jesus is still there and has not left. They are standing together.
Satan is not listening to the Bride speak Jesus words.
The Married couple stays strong.
Satan is ignoring what Jesus is saying through Him and through his bride.
The next scene :
The Bride speaks to her Husband, what should we do?
The Husband Jesus shares, I love you. I'm sorry. For these attacks. Thank you for supporting me and helping me. You are faithful.
The Bride shares,
What do you see Jesus ? What is the truth of what the enemy is or is not doing ?
What is next ?
The Bride is encouraged and feels strengthened that She is supporting her Husband and is there by his side. Together they talk about things and become more strengthened in their marriage.
The Bride gets an understanding as to what her Husband was sharing to the enemy and when the enemy comes along again, She tries to talk with the Enemy and shares how Her Husband shared it with her. She makes an attempt to give her understanding of what Jesus has shared, and asks Jesus to help her if she didn't explain it right.
THE ENEMY, still in attempt to try to separate the head from the body, pretends to care but tries to push the bride to give answers for Jesus and His words.
The enemy tries to trick the bride in making a statement or responses that are her own instead of Jesus.
The enemy then tries to trick her and say that it is the bride who said it, and not her husband. And bring the same attack that was for Jesus now on to the bride, except this time says the Bride is the one who said it all and Jesus was never the one speaking.
BUT
Jesus is standing there with the bride, he has not left her side. The bride is with Jesus, and not left his side.
So Satan once again trying to attack the couple and try to make the bride responsible for what Jesus shared and in doing so, he does not like what Jesus shared and still is hostile towards Jesus and His words that the Bride shares.
Satan knows he can't hurt Jesus but the Bride is his love and satan tries to hurt Jesus love, His bride is where satan tries his attack.
The bride does not give in or give up. Together they stand , Jesus and his bride.
They do not bend their knee or turn from each other.
Satan loses again, although they feel the heaviness of the attempt to harm them.

Now what Jesus?
